Summary: A complete introduction for the novice sewer.
Review: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Sewing is a manual for the new/wanna-be tailor. It was interesting to see how much goes into making your own clothing. I found most of the information simple and easy to follow, however, after 150 pages of instructions and no hands on practice, it became a little tedious to read. Also the forced humor that is typical of a Idiot's Guide became old very quickly.
Bottom Line: Wonderful reference or for getting started, boring as a read.
